Tim provides compressive legal advice and representation to clients facing a wide variety of legal challenges and opportunities. He has handled all types of criminal cases ranging from murder to speeding tickets. He provides legal counsel in all forms of family and domestic issues as well as personal injury and employment law matters.
Tim is licensed to practice by the Arkansas Supreme Court, the Texas Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Associate and was elected to the House of Delegates, and is a member of the Washington County Bar Association.
